How do we share your information?

Where is your data stored?

  • Customer data is securely stored SSL encrypted via our CRM partner SuperOffice AS protected by an ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified Information Management System (ISMS), within EU/ESS. All data between, to and from the CRM is encrypted.
  • Email conversations and digital copies of invoices are stored encrypted via Microsoft Office 365 servers within Europe.
  • License information is hosted by Microsoft Azure, within EU/ESS.
  • Your entered data for receiving newsletters are stored on a secure encrypted server at The Rocket Science Group LLC, in United States via their product MailChimp.
  • Hard copy of invoices are securely stored within a locked archive room, in Sweden

We retain your information for the period necessary to serve a legitimate purpose or as required by law. For instance, we delete any identification document copy directly once verified.

 

 

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights.

Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

Please be aware that when we receive a formal written complaint regarding the processing of personal data, we try to resolve it directly with the person who has made the complaint, or with the data controller when we are acting as a data processor.
